Acceptance

These Terms govern access to genorai.com and website-based enquiries, demonstrations or evaluations offered by Genorai Technologies Private Limited ("Genorai", "we", "our" or "us"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

About Genorai

Genorai builds AI software for manufacturing, initially focused on apparel factories. Website descriptions, demonstrations and examples explain our capabilities. Features, availability and results may differ by customer, workflow, data quality, deployment and operating environment.

Customer agreements take precedence

Nothing on this website commits Genorai to provide a product, service level, implementation date or commercial outcome unless agreed in writing.

Responsible use

You may use the website only for lawful business purposes. You must not gain unauthorised access; disrupt or circumvent security; introduce malicious code; use unauthorised automated collection; misrepresent your identity or authority; reverse engineer protected software except where law expressly permits; or violate law or another person’s rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our services, users or legal rights.

AI outputs and human judgment

You remain responsible for decisions made using AI outputs and for lawful use. Demonstrations and examples are illustrative and do not guarantee production or financial results.

Data and confidentiality

You retain your rights in information you provide and confirm you have authority to provide it. Genorai does not use confidential customer inputs, operational data or outputs to train shared or general-purpose models unless the customer agrees in writing. Enterprise data handling is governed by the applicable customer agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Do not send confidential production data, sensitive personal data or third-party material through the general contact form.

Intellectual property

The website, demonstrations, designs, software, text, graphics and trademarks are owned by Genorai or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the public website for internal business evaluation. No other licence is granted. We may use feedback you provide without restriction or payment, but will not identify you publicly without permission.

Third-party services

The website may use or link to third-party services. Their availability, content and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. Genorai is not responsible for them merely because we link to or integrate with them.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the public website and any demonstration or evaluation without a signed commercial agreement are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation, or complete and accurate content or AI outputs. Nothing on the website is legal, financial, safety, human-resources or other professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genorai will not be liable under these Terms for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss; loss of profits, production, data or business opportunity; or decisions made in reliance on website content or demonstration outputs.

For a claim arising solely from the free public website or an unsigned demonstration, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for that access in the preceding twelve months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Signed customer agreements govern liability for paid services.

Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms and may suspend or discontinue the website. Revised Terms take effect when posted unless stated otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute process in a signed agreement, the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
